Since CapzAi provides digital services, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds once access has been granted, credits have been added to an account, credits have been consumed, or a generation or render job has started.

Please review plan details carefully before purchasing to ensure CapzAi meets your requirements. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that refunds are not available for used or granted credits, active subscriptions, caption generation, or video rendering services.

If you experience a technical issue with caption generation, billing, credits, or video rendering, contact our support team at contact.ugcbuilder@gmail.com. We will help investigate and resolve issues so you can use the service.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund already granted, used, or available credits.
