We use information to operate CapzAi, authenticate users, manage credits and purchases, generate captions, render videos, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate service updates.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. CapzAi does not store full card numbers. Payment providers may process billing details according to their own privacy notices.

We may use trusted third-party service providers for authentication, database storage, video processing, AI transcription and refinement, payment processing, hosting, analytics, and customer support.

Uploaded media and caption data may be sent to AI providers when required to generate transcripts, refine captions, or provide requested editing features. You should only upload content that you have the right to process.

We retain collected information only as long as necessary to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and operate account and billing records.

Temporary render files may be deleted automatically after processing or after a limited retention period.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personally identifying information publicly or with third parties except when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights, prevent abuse, or with your direction.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
